Charge Conference Forms

Below are the 2009 Charge Conference Forms for the Oak Ridge District. If you have any questions or have problems opening the file email us at ordist@holston.org.

NOTE: There will be some forms in the packet handed out at the clergy meeting on August 13 that are not on this site.  Please make arrangements to pick up your packet from the District Office.

Some forms that are not available on the internet or on diskette are:
