The mission of Trinity United Methodist Church is to be a Christian faith family that worships, wins, nurtures, serves, reaches out, and demonstrates genuine caring as we grow in spirit and number, all to the glory of God. Providing a spiritual home for those in the community who desire to worship in the Wesleyan tradition, Trinity United Methodist Church extends a warm welcome to everyone with religious services and friendly social gatherings. Our church offers an opportunity to meet and worship with new friends, find new family activities, and build new relationships. We provide a positive environment for learning and living within the boundaries of our faith.

Morning worship services are held each Sunday at 11:00 AM; Sunday School meets at 9:45. There is a Children’s Message each week in the 11:00 AM service, followed by Children’s Church; nurseries are also available. Other activities such as the Wednesday Night Supper Series, United Methodist Women’s meetings, choirs, Youth meetings, and Bible Study classes are also available; please check with the Church for scheduled meeting times. For information about Trinity United Methodist Church, please contact Rev. Kimberly Isley, Pastor, at 986-2325.

But we are not all work and no play! We offer opportunities to socialize and exercise our minds and bodies through activities such as Wednesday Night suppers. Luncheons and study groups, day trips, Bible Study, youth and children’s activities, organized women’s groups, and music ministry groups such as choirs and handbells. We encourage you to take part in worship, service, and fun with our Church family.

Trinity children, youths and adults gather to find friends, to learn about God, to delve into Scripture and to catch and teach the faith. In Sunday school we can work to become the sort of communities of faith that we envision and to find mentors and models for the lives of faith that we aspire to lead.

Join the Trinity Children in a real Road Trip to Faith— learning major Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia workshops: an Art workshop, Drama, Music, Games, A-V, Puppets, Storytelling, Computers, and other media. We have a Sunday School modeled on the way children love to learn: by movement, by smells and tastes, visual stimulation, feelings, games and drama. We have an educational approach that is welcoming and fun, while being fundamentally sound. The more multi-sensory the learning the more broadly and deeply it is stored and recalled. Our Children’s Wing reflects the new approach to learning with colorful, action-packed rooms Children from age 4 to 6th grade are encouraged to join us each Sunday morning at 9:45 AM and see the Bible in a whole new way.

Trinity, which is the oldest church in Lenoir City, has been in existence since 1867. During the past few years the Church has completed a major renovation. We have brought a fresh look to the building without sacrificing its traditional beauty.
